Consumer Complaints - Office of Consumer Protection (OCP)

The Office of Consumer Protection investigates complaints regarding automotive sales and repairs; new home construction; home improvements; credit and financial issues; retail sales; wireless and internet services; and most other consumer transactions.

When OCP receives a complaint, it is assigned to an investigator and an acknowledgement letter is sent to the complainant's provided email address.
