A full-scope temporary employee will be eligible to participate in the County's group insurance benefits 90 days after date of employment. Once eligible, the temporary employee will have 60 days to make an election to participate and will be charged 100% of the insurance premium. If interested, the temporary employee may enroll and submit required documentation through the Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal or online form.
