There are 3 ways nonprofits can further reduce their water quality protection charge.
1) If they have stormwater management then they can apply for a stormwater management credit;
2) The charge can be partially exempted to 0.2 percent of the organization's annual gross revenue; and
3) If the property spans across multiple properties then the organization can appeal to consolidate the bill into one for the purpose of calculating the Charge. You can apply either of the above reductions by going to the nonprofits page.
