The Montgomery County Board of Elections (BOE) administers a Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility Program for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities who wish to participate in the program if they are located in Montgomery County and have 50 or more residents. For those Nursing Homes/Assisted Living Facilities that participate in the program, when possible, the BOE delivers ballots directly to registered voter residents who apply for Vote by Mail (Absentee) Ballots and offers bipartisan assistance if requested to do so.
