The PSTA is located at 8751 Snouffers School Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. The MCFRS Training Section develops and delivers training programs for all volunteer and career fire and rescue personnel in Montgomery County. These programs are held both at the PSTA and the individual fire and rescue stations. The Training Section provides a wide range of classroom instruction which is required for employee promotion and job proficiency. The PSTA is also responsible for the administration of the fire and rescue services "Recruit School". Classes at the PSTA are for Fire and Rescue Personnel only unless otherwise posted.
