Montgomery County provides blue bins for recycling bottles, cans, and jars to residents who receive County-provided curbside recycling collection service. The Recycling and Resource Management Division allows up to 2 bin orders per household per year. As an alternative, recyclable materials may be placed in cardboard boxes or in large containers labeled with a County-issued recycling decal. Each container must weigh no more than 45 pounds.

- Requests received after 2:00 PM Friday: Delivery will occur the week after next.
- Delivery is Monday-Friday during the scheduled delivery week.
- Delivery is not tied to your regular recycling day.
- An exact delivery day cannot be provided.
