Households are allowed one blue wheeled cart for commingled recycling per residence. These carts are to be filled with bottles, cans, containers, and jars only. Carts are delivered the following week if requested by 7:00 PM on Thursday. If a caller is ordering a new cart because their existing cart is broken, please request a "Cart Repair."
Due to verification requirements that can only be conducted by a Customer Service Representative at MC311, a service request for this service cannot be created online. Residents must call 311 (240-777-0311 from outside Montgomery County) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to speak directly with a customer service representative to submit a request.
