The Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) Licensing and Registration is currently experiencing a technical issue with all online payments, both ACH and credit card payments.
All online license payments are temporarily unavailable as DHCA troubleshoots the problem.
At this time, payments can be submitted by check only, either by mailing to the PO Box or in person at DHCA 1401 Rockville Pike 4th Floor Rockville, MD.
If erroneous withdrawals were made from a bank account or credit card, callers should email DHCA Licensing and Registration at [email protected]. Please include in the email the following information:
- Name for refund check
- Mailing address for refund
- Amount of refund requested
- Rental property address and license number
- Bank or credit card statement showing DHCA withdrawals
- Any information about what they are experiencing and that they should check with their financial institution whether the charge has hit their account
