The Child Care Subsidy Programs (CCSP) offer assistance in paying for child care costs to eligible families. CCSP consists of two child care subsidy programs; the State Child Care Subsidy Program and the County Working Parents Assistance Program. Parents submit one application that is assessed for eligibility for both programs. Parents are mailed an approval, denial or placed on Waiting List notification within 30 days of receipt of the child care subsidy application by CCSP. The age limit for children receiving child care subsidy is through 12 years of age for the State Child Care Subsidy Program and through 13 years of age for the Working Parents Assistance Program. A day care center may have different age limits, and they should be contacted directly. Applications for child care subsidy programs may be obtained from the Child Care Subsidy Programs office, located at: 7300 Calhoun Place, Suite 700, Rockville, 20855, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM. A completed application may be submitted by mail, by fax at 240.777.1342, or dropped in the afterhour?s drop-off box at the above address. An application may also be submitted online through MarylandSAIL.org (URL 1). The Programs share a common application and administrators determine eligibility, seamless to the customer.
