Employee - Updates or Changes to Direct Deposit Account Information

To request an update or change to direct deposit account information, please complete a Direct Deposit Authorization form and either mail or bring it to the Department of Finance, Payroll Office, Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe Street, 8th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850. If the financial institution has completed Section 2 of the form then the form can be faxed to 240.777.8843. Do not cancel or close the old account where paychecks are currently being deposited until it has been verified that paychecks are being credited to the new account.
