Employee - Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Plan Year Deadlines

"Benefit Strategies" is the County's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administrator. Employees may submit FSA claims for expenses incurred during the enrollment year through March 15th of the following that year until April 30th of the year following FSA enrollment.

All money that remains in the FSA after claims for reimbursement that were not used by the April 30th deadline, will be forfeited. Funds cannot be refunded nor transferred to the next enrollment year.
