Alert Montgomery - User is Not Receiving Emails

Log in to the account and review the user's profile to ensure the email address has been entered correctly. If everything is correct, the user should call their service provider (email ) and request that they whitelist which will allow the emails to go to their inbox. This usually fixes the problem as many providers block these types of messages because the providers think they are spam.
