Employee - Status of Dependent Added to or Deleted From Coverage
This information is available in Employee Self-Service. From the Single Sign On logon page, click Oracle Employee Self Service (ESS), then Go to Employee Self Service. Next , click on MCG HR Employee Self-Service, Self-Service Benefits and then select the Active Employee Benefit Program and click next. Scroll down to "Covered Dependents" to view covered individuals.

Updated information entered by the Office of Human Resources Health Insurance Team will be visible within 2 to 3 business days. If it has been longer than 3 days since you submitted your paperwork and you cannot see the update in Employee Self Service, the Health Insurance Team will research the issue and respond within 2-3 business days.
