Retiree - Status Changes to Insurance Coverage

Changes to insurance coverage can be made for life events status changes occurring outside of the enrollment period. Life events include marriage, divorce, births, deaths, loss of coverage and gaining other coverage. Changes in insurance coverage must be requested within 60 days of the event. If the proper notification is not provided within 60 days of the status change, then changes must wait until the next enrollment period.
