Maryland's Nitrogen-Reducing Septic Upgrade Program "Bay Restoration Fund"

There is a program with the State of Maryland that can pay for upgrades to homeowners' septic systems to reduce the amount of nitrogen that flows into the Chesapeake Bay. In many cases, this program can pay for the partial replacement of a failed septic system, or can help delay the failure of an existing septic system.
