Missed Appointment With Caseworker at the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation

A missed appointment is a violation of the conditions of release from incarceration. Depending upon the charge and other circumstances regarding the case, a case manager may notify the court of a missed appointment. If there are circumstances beyond an individual's control that may have caused a missed appointment, call the case manager to discuss the issue. The case manager may still require an individual to report or may schedule another appointment date at his/her discretion. If the individual is under "tracking" supervision and is required to call in only, telephone calls are considered as appointments. If a call has been missed, telephone the case manager immediately. If it is after hours, leave a message and call back on the next business day. See link below for additonal information.
