Employee - Summary of Benefits Coverage (SBC)

The Summary of Benefits Coverage (SBC) outlines coverage for each health plan available to active employees through the County as required under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. For help understanding the SBCs, call the Insurance Provider listed on the back of the insurance card. These phone numbers are also listed on the Office of Human Resources (OHR) Health Insurance Contacts list at the top of the Employee Health Insurance - Materials page.

For a copy of the SBCs, visit the Legally Required Documents section of the OHR Employee Health Insurance - Materials page.

A copy of the SBCs can be printed from the Legally Required Materials section of the OHR Employee Health Insurance Materials page. If copy of the SBCs cannot be printed please call 311 (240.777.0311) and a copy of the SBCs will be mailed.
