Mental Health Services Provider Complaint

Customers wishing to make a complaint about a mental health provider should first see if there is a complaint process through the service being provided. If there is no complaint process, or if that is not the preference of the individual seeking to make the complaint, the Core Service Agency should be contacted at: 240.777.1400.
