A completed and signed absentee ballot application must be returned to the county Board of Elections by: October 28, 2014 for the Gubernatorial General Election for delivery by mail, or by October 31, 2014 by EMAIL. It must be received by 8:00 PM if mailed or delivered, or by 11:59 PM if faxed or emailed. A completed ballot may also be dropped off 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the silver mail box in front of the Board of Elections (BOE) Office. The Montgomery County BOE address is: 18753 N. Frederick Av., Suite 210, Gaithersburg, MD. 20879. Contact BOE at: 240.777.8683 for questions or concerns.
