Ride On Complaint - Driver Behavior

To file a Ride On driver behavior complaint, customers may either call MC311 Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or create a service request below. The complaint will be investigated by a Transit staff member.

Please be advised that buses are not required to wait until a passenger gets to the bus stop to board the bus. Passengers must be at the bus stop in view of the approaching driver BEFORE the bus arrives. The rider safety policy does not allow bus operators to stop the bus (55,000 pounds) a second time because it jeopardizes the safety of the passengers on board the bus as well.

To create a service request, please fill in required information that is indicated with red asterisk (*). In addition, the following additional information is required: Complaint date time, Incident Date time, Origin, Destination, Route or Bus Number, Media Used, Complaint Category, Complaint Subcategory and provide a brief description of incident. Without the above information, the complaint cannot be properly investigated.
