Employee - Group Insurance 2018 Final Confirmation Statement Error

Employees who receive an incorrect confirmation statement should notify the Health Insurance Team in writing by the November 24, 2017 deadline. Submissions made after then will not be accepted. Corrections can be sent by fax at 240-777-5131 or by mail: 101 Monroe St. 7th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850.
