Blood Pressure Screening

The African American Health Program (AAHP) is helping to combat this "silent killer" that disproportionately affects African Americans/Blacks, Africans and Caribbeans and individuals of Caribbean descent, and people of African descent.

The goal is to offer blood pressure screening at health fairs and community events to populations that may not be aware that they have high blood pressure. For additional questions, or to have a blood pressure screening done at a health fair or community event, contact the AAHP office at: 240.773.0395 or 240.777.1833. Please see web site listed below for additional information.
