Alcohol Credit Not Received - Retail Shopper

As a retail shopper, if an alcohol credit is not received, a representative from the Department of Liquor Control (DLC) will contact customer within 48 hours. For credits over $100, DLC will refund the payment either on a gift card or if paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card. If paid by cash, DLC will cut a check in the refund amount.
