Assistance with Complaints Against Satellite Service Companies

The Office of Consumer Protection will investigate complaints involving satellite service.

Complaints involving cable service are handled by the County's Cable Office.

Complaint forms are available on the webpage at "Filing Consumer Complaints" by clicking on the link below. The complaint form is available in English and Spanish. When OCP receives a complaint, it is assigned to an investigator and an acknowledgement letter is sent to the complainant.
