Patient Navigator Program to Assist the Low Income Latino Community

The Patient Navigator Program provides information to callers regarding existing health and human services in Montgomery County, and to assist them in successfully accessing these services. Another component of the program is the medical interpretation, which provides professional medical interpretation to facilitate access to health care for low-income, uninsured Latinos. This program is contracted out to CASA de Maryland, Inc. Latino callers who are interested in receiving health care services can call the Bilingual Health Information Line at: 301.270.8432. Spanish speakers can get assistance with interpretation when they are trying to make a health care appointment at a Montgomery Cares clinic.
To speak with a Customer Service Representative, please call 311 during business hours.
