OHR and MC311 Partnership

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is partnering with MC311 to improve the OHR customer care experience. General information calls are answered quickly by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Certain calls are handled by CSRs who are specially trained to answer Human Resource (HR) questions. In most cases, the CSR will be able to answer the request. Calls that require access to personal information will require caller validation for security purposes. Requests that require extensive research will be routed to OHR staff via a service request.
