Dissatisfaction with Montgomery County Recreation Program

If a customer is dissatisfied with a course, they can either transfer to another course or request a refund. Requests must be in writing and include the registrants name, course number to be withdrawn from, course number to be transferred into, payer's name, daytime telephone number and address.
