Alert Montgomery - User is Not Receiving Texts

Log in to the user's account and review the profile to ensure that the text number has been correctly entered. If everything is correct, please call the service provider (cell Carrier) and request that they unblock the short code 89361 and 87844. This usually fixes the problem as several carriers block these messages.
