Urine Monitoring Program

The Urine Monitoring Program (UMP) supports Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, and private providers of addictions services to uninsured or Medicaid clients. Program includes providing observation of urine sample collection and laboratory testing of samples. Residents access the program as part of enrollment in a publicly insured addictions service in the County. For direct administrative line, UMP is 240.777.4710.
