Process to Obtain Refund for Course Montgomery County Recreation Cancelled
Refunds for cancelled courses are sent to registrants when the course is cancelled. Accounts may be verified online to see if a refund has been issued by using the customer identification and pin number. If a credit balance resides on an account, the customer may request a refund for the amount of the credit. The refund is returned to the customer in the same form as the payment was received, usually within two to three weeks. If you do not have a PIN, please provide: full name; address; phone number; email address; course number; and reason for refund. The Recreation Department will check the status of the refund and contact you. A receipt will be emailed or mailed when the refund has been processed.
