This information is available in Employee Self-Service. From the Single Sign On logon page, click "Oracle Employee Self Service" (ESS), then Go to "Employee Self Service". Next , click on "MCG HR Employee Self-Service, Self-Service Benefits" and then select the "Active Employee Benefit Program" and click "next". Scroll down to "Covered Dependents" to view covered individuals.
Updated information entered by the Office of Human Resources Health Insurance Team will be visible within 2 to 3 business days. If it has been longer than 3 days since the submission of the request and the update is not visible in "Employee Self Service", online users may create a Service Request. Please provide the requestor's full name, telephone number, email address, and a brief description of the request and a specialist will respond within 2-3 business days.
