The Montgomery County ChildLink Office has information about key Programs for preschoolers who qualify based on income. This includes, but may not be limited to:
Montgomery County Public Schools Head Start/Pre-K programs for children aged 3 and 4 years.

For Parent Resource Centers operated during the school year offer drop-in program based on a sliding fee scale for children aged 0 - 5 years to attend with their parents or caregivers. Locations include Rockville, Silver Spring, and Gaithersburg.
All libraries offer a calendar of storytimes and other free activities for young children accompanied by an adult. Check a local Library branch for the schedule (see knowledge base). Some Montgomery County local High Schools have a Child Development program where preschoolers can enroll for free during the school year.
