Care for Kids - Germantown
Care for Kids is a Montgomery County funded program, and offers a solution for needy families who are low income, who have uninsured children under the age of 19 that do not qualify for MCHP. The program offers well and sick care, prescriptions and limited specialty care. Care for kids promotes a continuity of care that encourages low-income families to maintain and improve their health status. For questions, please call the client information line at: 301.628.3438.

Applications must be made through Affordable Health Care Program. An application can be made through the Germantown Service Eligibility Unit (SEU) at 12900 Middlebrook Road, Second Floor, Germantown, MD. The fax number for the main office is: 240.777.3563.
