How to Apply for Care for Kids (CFK)

CFK is a Montgomery County funded program offering a solution for needy low income families who are also have uninsured children under the age of 19, who do not qualify for Maryland Children's Health Program or MCHP. The program offers well and sick care, prescriptions, dental care and limited specialty care. CFK promotes a continuity of care that encourages low-income families to maintain and improve their health status.
