Status of a Ethics Commission Filed Complaint

Complaints received by the Commission are confidential and the Commission cannot affirm or deny the receipt of a complaint. If a complaint is dismissed, the complainant will be notified. If a complaint is adjudicated, the complainant may or may not be notified depending upon the agreed upon resolution of the matter.
