Alcohol Return Policy - County Store
To receive a refund for alcohol purchased at a Department of Liquor Control (DLC) store, customers should return to the store where the purchase was made and bring the receipt. If the product is in condition to be resold, DLC will refund the purchase price by the same method as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made using cash, a check will be sent to the customer. If the customer does not have the receipt and the product is in condition to be resold, an exchange may be made. Refrigerated items are not eligible for return. If the product has been opened and the customer believes it has gone bad, a refund or exchange can be made as long as 75% of the product remains.
