Rental Assistance Program (RAP) checks are mailed to the customer's address at the end of each month for the following month's rent. Eligible households receive between $50 and $200, made payable to the customer and landlord. Benefits are approved for a maximum period of 12 months. When the eligibility period expires, recipients must complete a new application for benefits. Contact the office by sending a service request if the monthly RAP check was not received.
