Refunds for cancelled courses are sent to registrants when the course is cancelled. Accounts may be verified online to see if a refund has been issued by using the customer identification and pin number. If a credit balance resides on an account, the customer may request a refund for the amount of the credit. The refund is returned to the customer in the same form as the payment was received, usually within two to three weeks.
Online users who have additional questions and would like to be contacted by a departmental staff member may submit a request by clicking on the Create Service Request button below. Please complete all of the fields in the Contact Information section and provide a brief description of the request and the course number in the Brief Description field. The Recreation Department will check the status of the refund and contact the customer. A receipt will be emailed or mailed when the refund has been processed.
