Employee - Status of Dependent Added to or Deleted From Coverage
This information is available in Employee Self-Service. From the Single Sign On logon page, click "Oracle Employee Self Service" (ESS), then Go to "Employee Self Service". Next , click on "MCG HR Employee Self-Service, Self-Service Benefits" and then select the "Active Employee Benefit Program" and click "next". Scroll down to "Covered Dependents" to view covered individuals.

Updated information entered by the Office of Human Resources Health Insurance Team will be visible within 2 to 3 business days. If it has been longer than 3 days since the submission of the request and the update is not visible in "Employee Self Service", online users may submit a request by clicking on the "Create Service Request" button below. Please complete all of the fields in the Contact Information section and provide a brief description of the request in the Brief Description field. A specialist will respond within 2-3 business days.
