Group Homes and Assisted Living Facilities

Group Homes in Montgomery County are facilities for three or more unrelated individuals which provide housing, supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance and health-related services, to individuals who are unable to live alone or need assistance. Group Homes in Montgomery County with 3 to 16 residents require BOTH a Montgomery County and a State of Maryland license. The State of Maryland requires a State License to provide care and services to one or more individuals.
