Computer Access to Register for the Office of Procurement Central Vendor System

The County's Public Libraries have computers which the public may access. Users that are unable to access a computer through the County Libraries, may contact the County using department they intend to contract with for a copy of the Supplier Maintenance Form. The completed form should be returned to the using department with a copy of the firm's W-9 for manual entry through the Department of Finance. If computer access is not available and the using department is not able to handle the request, please contact the Department of Finance at 240-777-8850.
